REMET offers an innovative and unique injection system design that optimizes space and wax movement. Temperature control of the wax conditioner, injection chamber and nozzle are standard on every machine. The "In-Line" injection system provides for a smooth, straight line, laminar flow of wax from the injection system to the mold.
Standard injection and machine controls provide for precise, repeatable injections for manual and semi-automatic pattern production. Each machine is designed for ease of use and maintenance. Simple modular design is coupled with a PLC based, electro/hydraulic package loaded with benefits to fit specific investment casting applications.
The upper level, Electronic Injection Control (EIC), system is ideally suited for more complicated applications where precise control of wax pressure and velocity, coupled with closed loop feedback is critical. EIC controls feature direct input of all parameters through a color, touch screen HMI.
